Here we can see the scale of an animal with a two chambered heart. A fish has scales and lives with only a two chambered heart.

Chitin

Chitin is usually found in the outer shell of insects, arachnids, and crustaceans. It’s the semi transparent, protective substance on top of the shells.   

Unicellular organism

A Unicellular organism is an organism made of only one cell. Yeast can be an example of a unicellular organism.    

Porifera

A porifera can also be known as a sponge. They are multicellular organisms that are covered in holes.  ( Yellowish sponges )
 

Lipids used for energy storage

  Lipids used for energy storage can  be found in butter. Lipids store energy and form the membrane around our cells. 

 

Herbaceous stems

- Herbaceous stems are green and do not contain wood. It is the part of the plant that holds the leaves and it’s flowers up. It is bendable and it also contais the vessels that take the nutrients and water up to the leaves.
  

Rhizomes

Rhizomes are the rrots that grow under the soil. The rhizome helps spread new forms of the plant in the soil and two expand more too. In this picture the rhizome can be found under the soil.
